The web site I'm trying to manage is having a problem. The site
itself works okay (www.ibr-bbr.org) but logging in fails. When it
fails, if one clicks the link to be reminded of his/her password, and
the person types in an email address, the following shows up on the
screen where the page content, not including what goes in the master
page (which does show up), should be:

"A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while
establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or
is not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that
SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider:
Named Pipes Provider. Provider could not open connection to SQL
Server)"

I didn't do anything to the web site and the database was working just
fine a week ago. The ISP has not figured out what is wrong four days
after I requested tech support (it's a pretty poor ISP but I'm afraid
to try to move an ASP.NET web site because I don't know what all I
need to move). Any suggestions for how to fix or diagnose this?
Thanks.

Ken
