IE 4.0 and 5.0 you say?
That is simple :).

Just add parameters HEIGHT=999999999 and WITH=99999999999 into every IMG tag
on the site.
This will cause that every IE 4.0 and 5.0 user will get Blue Screen of Death
and next time they will use better browser :D
