You asked for an "easy to use cart" which can be integrated with "payment
gateways" - the first few results on Google fulfill your criteria.

If you have a SPECIFIC question, why not ask it rather than complaining?

Also, where did I "socially abuse" you? You asked a question and I provided
you with an appropriate answer. If  you want a specific answer, ask specific
questions.
