Give them a ref number on serious incident.  Thanks, I like that idea.
  That may be morphed into my standard document.  I have to convert
out of posting to server log at this time.  Our apps are getting
positioned into the DMZ and I don't have rights to servers anymore.
Thank you IT mgmt for listening to me when I said I shouldn't be
monitoring these things.
