every buddy has given query for selecting rows in a table
wht actully u want we r not getting it


select * from Person.Address
where AddressID = (select MAX(AddressID)-1 from Person.Address)

this query surely gives the 2nd highest row in table
pleas can you tells us what are the column names of your table so that
we can help you
