I will defiantly host in the cloud. I have programmed forms before, but not to the extent my idea is. The product will get very large on the code side for what I would like it to be able to do. I am afraid it will become a nightmare to modify or debug. With MVC model, from my understanding, is the code is modular (not sure if that is the word for it). Allowing for more separation of the parts, therefore allowing for more manageable code on large products. I am afraid MVC model will not scale as well.
Some one referred me to Azure, however I want to own it and be able to host it where I want with out being tied. I have found that only Microsoft offers Azure, like Google's product.
