Hi Jeff, 1. All group members can reach me at the email address - cerebru...@rediffmail.com; or the email address associated with these posts - zorg...@sify.com. The former one was published on the Group home page but because Google has removed the Groups home page, there is no way for me to publish it anymore.
2. A member is *normally* under moderation for a period of 30 days given a minimum no. of posts. I stress the word 'normally' because it should happen automatically, unless a specific override has been set by a Moderator or Group owner. Also, I have noticed that some accounts do not automatically go into the 'allowed' mode, rather go in the 'override' mode (maybe a bug with GG). 3. In your case, an override had in fact been set to moderate your posts irrespective of the time duration of your membership or posts to the group. I do not know who set it but I have now reset this and all your posts should appear in the archive instantly. 4. I have been single-handedly moderating this Group since early 2006 and try to check the archive a few times every day to make sure no one's posts are left in limbo. However, sometimes I am not able to do so during weekends or when I am unwell. Nevertheless, I do understand that more than 24 hours is unacceptable and apologize for my laxity. Regards, -- Cerebrus.
