Dear Mujhtaba,
After going through the screenshot it seems that you have not uploaded the
AjaxControlToolkit.dll with your website.
Check n make sure that it exists in your website's bin directory.
If its there then there is a possibility that the toolkit reference is not
correct.
Try using 1 of these:-
1. Upload the website on web server after publishing it. OR
2. Right click on Solution Name in Solution Explorer -> Go to Property
Pages -> Select References in Left Pane -> Select AjaxControlToolkit ->
Click on Update.
If any error occurs :-
Select AjaxControlToolkit -> Click on Remove -> Click Add -> Select
your AjaxControlToolkit.dll file by Browsing on your system.
Now follow step 1.
