You'd need a function for doing that - a quick way is to do something like this - Container[translate(@Name,'ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ', 'abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz')='roles'] - which basically converts the attribute value to lowercase. You might even want to modify the above function to search and replace only the required chars - ROLES to roles - if you want to optimize, that is.
 
Meanwhile, if the set of possible attribute values is small enough then another simple method is to do an xpath with an 'or' operator on your combination of attribute values - something like - [EMAIL PROTECTED]'roles' or @Name='Roles' or @Name='ROLes']
