Issues - Deploy Web Apps that use COM components

Iam working on ASP.Net application. This is a web version of a earlier VB6 program. In the VB6 version, I have used a COM component called gmcom.dll
Now I wish to use the same in my aspx pages. Iam using VS.NET so it has been quite easy to call the COM component. (I added the dll to the References section (COM tab), the component was available at the code, that is fine.)
My question is, When I deploy this application, how will/should I pass on the gmcom.dll to the Client. Iam using the Web Setup Project in VS.NET. I do not see any provision for adding COM components to a Setup project in VS.NET (in the FileSystem section).

I have simply added the file gmcom.dll to the WebApplication Folder. So when the program is installed at the Client's machine, my COM dll is there but will it get registered during the installation ? Or should I document to ask the Client to register ?
To put it straight, "Whats the best way to deploy web applications that use COM component in the aspx pages ?"

Thanks,
Anand Sagar.
