hi deepak,
i did what u said and this is the result i got :

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322>aspnet_regiis /r
Start replacing ASP.NET DLL in all Scriptmaps with current version
(1.1.4322.0).
Finished replacing ASP.NET DLL in all Scriptmaps with current version
(1.1.4322.0).
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322>
this makes clear that asp.net v1.1.4 dlls are installed but still the
earlier problem persists.
