for Solution
and i want hide that dialog box through coding because we will send
excel sheet to different client each and every client may not go to
tools-->security without doing this cant we do through
code

In you Excel
sheet...
Goto : Tools Menu > Macro > Security
Change the properties as you require.

when we open excel
sheet it will prompt to enable/disable macro if we
write any macro i want to know How to hide that
macro dialog box through coding or any other
way
