To enable this feature, you'll need to make sure that the SQL Server debugging components have been installed on your machine and that you have the appropriate permissions to debug stored procedures. Once that's been taken care of, you can use the Server Explorer to select any SQL Server database on your network, bring up your stored procedure, set a breakpoint, and then execute the code that calls that stored procedure.
