PROJECT #1 : e-Seva Municipal Corporation

Description:
E-Seva is a platform that provides under one root various citizens services such as utilities bill payments, issue of birth/nativity certificates, issue/renewal of licenses, ticket reservations for public transportation, registration of vehicles passport applications etc.
Municipal Corporation is one of the governing bodies which are under veining various services to its subjects for urbanization. It offers Various multi structural utility programs including issue of Birth & Death certificates, collection of property tax, giving building plan approvals etc,. This system also led to huge extent of paper work at all levels entailing huge cost and time delays. The e-Seva centers are connected to the main server through a broad band network running in the city. This helped the citizens who are residing at the outskirts. They can approach the nearest e-Seva center and register to get a birth or death certificate etc.
Objectives:
1. The main objective of e-Seva Municipal Corporation is to provide most of its services in a user-friendly format by using information and communications technology. This is accomplished by establishing various e-Seva centers all over the city.
2. This project recognizes that information is government�s biggest equity and its important is that it uses it for greater public good.
3. This project has helped in serving every need of the citizens who used to previously face great deal of harassment at the hands of corrupt and insensitive bureaucracy.
4. The project has brought in transparency, accountability and speedy of delivery. This helped in reducing the unnecessary movement of citizens to government offices.

PROJECT # 2 : Intranet messenger

Description:
This project is windows based application, which can be used especially in the intranet where there can be only the employees of that particular organization and no more intervention of other people from out side the organization. This project mainly uses the concept of sockets with which it just listens the other employee�s messages or requests. It is a very simple application having all the basic characteristics of a messenger. This application can communicate with any number of co employees at a time. Owing to the cause of being a specific to the organization we can avoid the disturbances from other persons out of the organization.
Major responsibilities:
? It is a window�s based application and can only be used in the Intranet.
? Using this we can easily communicate with any number of peers who wants to chat with us.
? It mainly uses the concept of sockets to accept the requests of peers.
? As it is an Intranet application there won�t be any intervention of other people who are not employees.
? It doesn�t use any database to work with.

Description:
This project mainly deals the operation of shopping the different goods, which are available on the net corresponding to the particular web server in turn we can call as e-Shoppe.
Now a days Internet technology is growing to communicate between the people and fulfilling their needs. Application on Internet plays an important role in the application development, which is providing all round solutions right from the mails to e-commerce.
On such due-course this project is stepping towards the Internet project development used for shopping on net. This project contains mainly transactions between the customers of the e-Shoppe Server so that to access the goods that is available at the corresponding server.
In this project the new user has to fill the registration form in which he has to provide the user-id, password including his personal details, for using this as a web server for the next time.
The developer is responsible for performing the following activities:
? Developing the system that specifies all requirements specified by the client.
? Reporting about the progress at every stage of development and get clients� acceptance for that particular stage.
? Installing the software on the client�s hardware.
? Conducting any user training that might be needed for using the system.
