Educational Qualification: BE, B Tech, M.C.A, MS (IT), M Tech
Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in software development, At least two years in .NET web application development.
Skills: .Net frame work, ASP.Net, C#, UML, OOAD, XML, XSL, SQL Server, Should be worked in all phases of SDLC
Preferred: Microsoft certification, Experience in CRM or ERP projects
Should be a hard core .Net developer, Should be a good team player, Should posses leadership qualities that lead the team members to achieve the organizational goals<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Need to have exposure on testing methodologies. Need to Analyze, design, develop software processes and evaluation of various flows and processes. Should work towards innovative ideas and improve the software development methodologies.<o:p></o:p>
<o:p> </o:p>
Keeping the team and the client happy - by delivering the agreed work in an mutually acceptable time frame by following / improving the software development life cycle methodologies. Must take responsibility for the quality of the project deliverables and schedule.<o:p></o:p>
