NUnit is best of all other freeware test tools as its got lot of community support and addons which go well with VS.net IDE.And also comes with sample codes which will be easy to start with with out adding any extra effort.But Do remember to plann the efforts goes in writting test frictions as they also take time but its just one time job and you can run ur test cases later by click of a button.
Again try to use test driven approach read about it gives good results.:-)
