since the connectionString is same, two different connection from the same connection pool will be created. and thus transaction of the two connection will be different. i.e two different transaction. when u close connection A, only transaction on Connection A will be closed( actually u can close a connection only after commiting or Rollbacking a transaction on that connection), but transaction on connection B will be still alive.
