Here are two links on Multiple Inheritance, which explains the advantages and disadvatages of Multiple inheritance.

You will see that while MI has many obvious advantages like subclassing from Multiple type (An object can be of multiple types), it has other many unobvious disadvantages like those mentioned in the second link(particular to .NET)
