We do projcts in ASP.NET with C# from overseas clients.   Last week one of my programmer by name K.Sridhar ([EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED]) left our company without informing us in middle of the project and joined some company. Just because some other company offered better price he left without notice or handingover the files. This has caused big damage to company because we did not meet the deadlines. We lost project, revenues and the client. This is terrible. Why I am sending this because he is also a member of this group   This has become common now a days with many programmers. We have taken him as fresher, tranined him for 4 months with all our time and money and offered him programmer after training. After learned, trained and become perfect he left us for better company.
