I found this list of data modelling tools and worked my way through a couple of the interesting ones (as well as one suggested in my comments)
A couple notes:
Case Studio 2 Seemed decent, did the reverse engineer OK but the price was a little steep for what seemed like a pretty limited feature set.
Happy Fish Fun name, ran into errors during the reverse engineer
disqualified.
DeZign for Databases Can only reverse engineer from script files as opposed to the actual database.
Then I tried out DBDesigner 4, which I had checked out before but I didnt know had a SQL Server plugin. Thanks to the comment from Neil Dunlop pointing that out. It does what I need it to, its better than some of the expensive apps, and its completely free.
