We are putting together a team in Hyderabad to develop a configuration and order management system for an engineering product (for US Company).
We are looking for experienced professionals (2 + years) with the following skills in various capacities - Visual Studio .Net, XML, VB .Net, C#, OOP approach, Visual Basic, Visio, SQL Server 2000, SQL Reporting, MS Office, Crystal Reports, MSMQ, Web Services, SOAP, SourceSafe, 3rd add-ins like Telerik, Component One, etc.
(Knowledge of Delphi and Paradox, MS Certifications, would be a Plus)(experience with Pump Engineering would be a major plus)

Sound security implementation (Application + System)
Graphical Reporting - user purchases, system usage, etc.
Smart searches for the system
PDF creation ability for the user to create portable documents for downloading and sharing.
Generation of smart pump graphs, where the mouse rollover indicated the output coordinates at various points on the generated graph.
Incorporation of web services
Allow Suppliers to automatically update their parts
Make certain parts lists available to certain users/customers
Control access/security in Hyperlinks sent out in email, e.g. Quotes.
Hot Spots on Pictures/Gifs where parts of an image could be exploded/clicked to view the components.
Cross Sell and up-sell functionality (based on user purchases, profile)
Hooks for Multilingual (English, Spanish, etc.) support largely database oriented.
Include Discussion, Documents and Newsflash areas.
Wireless Access (E.g. for Order status check)
We are open to incorporating 3rd party add-ins where they effectively provide the required functionally. E.g.ASP Net Menu, Rich Text Control, Dynamic PDF Generator or Merger, etc.
