Hi, You have started a nice discussion. Yes, it's true that it makes most of the young developers feel bad to hear about the MCA porgramme, because we have to wait to gain lots of experience.
But still i think the programme is well justifiable, because it certifies people who ARE already architects, and not who CAN be an architect. And that's why the programme asks for few years of experience as an architect ( 3 yrs i think).
And usually a person doesn't play the role of an architect in organisations without having good years of experience of prior experience (at least 7 yrs). That's why that constraint.
But still i think, even less experienced people, if they have good expeience as an architect ( 3 or 4 yrs), then i think they can apply. I am not sure, but i think so. But however, that's a rare case.
