Development Lead: The primary role of this person will be to
The person will be expected to proactively collaborate with other team members Skills required for this position: Work experience of 6-8 years primarily in web-based solution development with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership role
ASP.NET, SQL Server, C#, XML, Web Services, VSS
Design and programming experience with SQL Server
Hands on experience in developing and delivering Design Documents like Technical specification / Software Architecture Document / Low Level Design Documents
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven demonstrable experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
Nice to have Experience of leading support/maintenance projects/teams
Microsoft Certification
