In the webinfo file of ur project, url of ur app'n will be there. Change it to the url (of the virtual directory..) , then open the project...Done

Goto IIS manager. In that goto ur project in virtual directory, right click
and goto properties window. click create button and then OK. Ur problem may
be solved.
