DLL problem when using vb dlls in .net

I am working on .net. I got one problem i.e when i am making .net dll with debug it's working fine. If i remove debug while dll making it's not working properly. In the dot.net dll i am calling another vb dll.The values that need to come from vb dll is not coming. Remaining everthing is fine. If i convert vb dll to .net the problem will resolve but it not possible for me to convert the vb dll to net. Now what i have to do, to resolve my problem.
