· B.E, B. Tech, MCA or MS from a reputed institute<o:p></o:p>
· Certifications like MCSE, MCSD, MCAD, PMP or ITIL will be an added advantage<o:p></o:p>
· Onsite work experience for multinational clients, designing and implementing enterprise infrastructures and/or IT-based business solutions is a definite plus.<o:p></o:p>
· All positions are based in the state-of-the-art campus situated at <st1:City><st1:place>Hyderabad</st1:place></st1:City> and may involve a minimum of 25% overseas travel<o:p></o:p>
· Some pre-sales experience/proposal writing/ business management of a large engagement in net.<o:p></o:p>
· Requirements Gathering/Customer Interaction during Envisioning Phase <o:p></o:p>
· Involvement in Project Execution <o:p></o:p>
· Real Project execution experience; Not just managing resources <o:p></o:p>
· Preferably new/re-architected project execution <o:p></o:p>
· Real hands on customer interaction experience. Experience with writing various documents. Not just managing resources <o:p></o:p>
· Excellence in Execution <o:p></o:p>
· Experience in handling Customer , Resources, Project execution <o:p></o:p>
· Stake holder management <o:p></o:p>
· Hands-on skills on Microsoft platform skills <o:p></o:p>
· Reasonable hands-on person can clearly explain design of the key feature <o:p></o:p>
· Good technical expertise - clear high level architecture of the project <o:p></o:p>
· Responsibility (Delivery Manager or Architect) for at least 2 large engagements <o:p></o:p>
