Problems with Interop Assemblies deployment. App is just not working on....

Check two things. 1. Installation of the Visio on the webserver. This is mandatory to generate the visio documents. When you installing the visio, you need to select the .Net compatible installation or select the full installation, this will automatically install the Interop dlls. For this you can check the C:\WINDOWS\assembly, you can see thsi visio interop dll in this folder, if Interop is not available then it wont work. 2. You need to use the Web Setup project and create the setup module for installation. This will write the registry keys for the Interop dlls. Please let me know this works? Regards Satish |
