Folks,

I need a suggestion. I am developing an Asp.Net web application. Upon invoking my application, it receives an xml file from another web service. Based upon the data in the xml, I need to populate three different combo boxes in the user interface of ASP.Net application.

Up to this, I don’t have any problem. Now based on the user selected item in the first combo, I need to repopulate the values in the remaining two combo boxes by reading the corresponding values from the xml. My problem is that, I don’t want the call to go back to the server all again to do this.

Since I am already having the xml in the client m/c, is it possible for me to have any workaround. So far in VB.Net desktop application i have been doing that by reading xml in to a dataset.

Thanks In advance,

Kishore Borra.
