Currently we need Trainees, Developers and TL's
For Trainees: Freshers with BE/M.sc/MCA/B.Tech with fundamental knowledge of
coding in NET/ASP.NET/VB/C++ With database tools: Sql Server/Oracle.
Exposure to _javascript_, _vbscript_, DHTML, CSS,DOM will be an added
advantage.
For Developers/ Sr. Developers: (2-4 yrs) Should have exposure in designing
and development phase of the project in .NET environment/ASP.NET/VB/C++/Sql
Server and _javascript_, _vbscript_, DHTML, CSS,DOM.
For PL's: 4+ yrs experience in handling the entire SDLC. Should lead a team
of developers/Sr. Developers. Responsible for project execution, management,
tracking.
Should have good project management and team management skills.
Should be able to document design ideas using UML.
Should have extensive prior software development experience with web-based
technologies and with object oriented design and analysis.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be able to accurately provided work estimates and deliver projects on
schedule
Should be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment
