1) Job Title - Developers:
2 - 4 yrs experience in software development using C#, ASP.NET.
In depth knowledge of Data Structures, algorithms and good programming
skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Coding and testing using C#, ASP.Net web applications with SQL Server 2000.
Good Understanding of Software Life Cycle.
2) Job Title - Testers:
2-4 yrs exp in testing.
Good Experience in testing Web Applications/Products.
Must have Exposure to SQL especially writing SQL queries.
Should have good experience in writing well defined test cases and executing
them.
Exposure to any kind of Testing Process and Test Methodologies is a must.
Exposure to Win Runner, Load Runner.
Good communication skills
3) Job Title - PM/GPM
Development Leads: 5- 7yrs Exp in Microsoft technologies.
PM/GPM: 8- 10yrs Exp in Microsoft technologies.
4) Job Title - SQL DBA’s:
Experience ranging from 2-4 yrs.
Hands on Exp with SQL production support work.
Awareness of on Query optimization, Performance tuning in SQL.
Familiarity with IIS administration, understanding of web applications, .NET
framework etc.
SQL 2000 DB management skills. Knowledge of SQL 2005 would be helpful.
Should be willing to work in night shifts (Rotation based) (24 *7).
2 random days off in a week. 5/5
