Hello, Only limited/full administrators can publish news, writers cannot. Limited administrators have publication rights on the section they're managing. For example Marian is admin of his section Romanian and can publish all Romanian articles and news. As a full administrator I can publish any news or article :).
As we're more and more contributors, I think we'll manage in a near future to have only full fluent or native speakers as limited admin for each language. This will avoid to publish articles that are not grammatically corrects. We also need to have one or two admin per language, no more to ease coordination. Of course I'll still be the full administrator! ;) But I'll let the limited admins publish in their own section as long as they're available for proofreading. Note for proofreaders: please post a message to authors on the Spip internal messaging system as soon as you've proofread an article/news.
