Hey what activity today! :)

I'm glad to see that you started to brainstorm about the graphic thing, this is
one of the most important topics in my opinion. We never had the time to start
the discussion about graphics publicly and I think we should open a dedicated
thread for this because there is a lot to say. Shortly I'd like to have heroes
that live adventures in our CD. Not just a boot splash and a start screen
background: everywhere possible! This is very ambitious and cannot be achieved
in a short time of course. But this could give our project a strong difference
that makes it inimitable.

Back to our topic of the day, Nava I find your proposal interesting. Two months
ago we spoke with Elisa about having heroes in our draws. We now have a nice
witch and knight. We also talked with Yago and friends about introducing an
animal that could be the project mascot, even before the need of heroes arose
in our minds. Although discussions did not conclude anything about the mascot,
I saw draws from Benoît and Elisa with a cat – because witches often have a
cat. Needless to say, the mascot should be the best friend of our heroes, it
could then be the cat.

So I think both the Elisa logo and the animal are justified as Nava said. What
I propose is that we arrange the logo and the mascot to be eventually used
together. For stickers, I'd see the mascot holding the logo as a kind of sign
for example; on papers just the logo. Of course in our stories, no need to
bring the logo with the mascot!

To conclude:

* We have to keep working on a logo. Currently Elisa's work is promising but
maybe there are alternative ideas so don't be shy and let us know! ;)

* We have to think about a mascot which should not look strange with a witch
and a knight. Is a cat relevant in all our different countries? Wikipedia says
yes. Alternative ideas?

Cheers,
JM.

PS: what are these strange titles of your emails, do you have any idea? Please
try to use explicit titles so that we know in advance what good surprise we're
going to read! ;)
