Hello there,

After 2 weeks of testing, I'm glad to announce that we are moving our project
management from Gna to Redmine. The new project management tool is at:

http://team.doudoulinux.org/

As explained in a former mail, this will give our project a better visibility
of what we are planning to do or currently doing. I hope this will also give a
better feeling about its organization and then lead more contributors to our
project ;).

I invite all of you to create your account by yourself and, of course, discover
all the interesting features of this new service. Tell me when your account is
created and I'll then give you the roles that correspond to your
involvement/skills.

Please note that SVN, our source code repository, is still hosted on Gna and
won't move for a while. Only project management and tickets are moving.
Therefore, all the tickets you are owning on Gna should be moved to Redmine.
The rule is the following:

* the ticket has no history → copy it on Redmine and close it on Gna
* the ticket is near to be closed → do what is needed to close it and close it
on Gna
* the ticket history is already full of comments → keep it on Gna if it should
be closed soon, move it with its full history on Redmine if it is here to stay

One reason why it is better to move as many tickets as possible to Redmine is
that we can now easily manage our roadmap:

Cheers,

JM.
