Hello Marian, Good initiative :). We need to contribute upstream at least with translations. This is also a good way to make our project known and well-known.
Concerning organization, I think it'd be better that someone take the role of contacting the upstream authors for translations. It can be a different person per application if nobody wants to do the job for all apps. But I think it's better if upstream authors have only one contact in our team for translations and don't receive emails from 10 contributors of our project. It'll be easier to have good contacts with them. Would you be interested in doing this? Are there other candidates for this job? I opened a task for this: http://team.doudoulinux.org/issues/135.
