For Romanian children, we have Făt Frumos (somehow as Prince Charming) and Ileana Cosânzeana (the most beautiful girl ever). I am afraid that today children from everywhere know more about evil robots and stuff like that (from TV cartoons, the same worldwide) than the stories and the fables of their own ancestry.
