Hello there! The time has come for the final vote of our logo/mascot contest. I recall that Benheng, Richard and I have selected 10 logos and 10 mascots. They are listed below. I kept the 7 candidates that were common to our 3 lists and each of us 3 added one candidate to reach 10 candidates. Now we altogether, subscribers of this mailing, have to vote for the winner. I'm going to explain how.
Each of us has 2 points to distribute for the best logo(s), plus 2 additional points for the best mascot(s). You can use 2 points for a single logo (or mascot) if you fell in love ;), or one point for 2 different logos (or mascots) if the choice is difficult. To make your choice, don't pay much attention to colors or layout of logos/mascots since we may adapt them later to better match our graphic design. To vote, just reply to this mail and tell how you want to distribute your points. Let's consider that a week is enough to collect all the votes, taking into account that we are not all available 7/7 to read our mails. Of course you can decide to not vote, please tell us too! On the other hand you cannot give (or sell ;) ) your points to another subscriber of the mailing list. Finally, in case of equality, I will decide who's the final winner. So to summarize: you have until Wednesday 6th July 20h GMT to reply to this mail and give your voting points. Only mails sent to this public mailing list will be taken into account to avoid misunderstanding: click on “reply to all”!
