here the Distrowatch ranking news.
Like we could expect, we felt down on the 7 days ranking, but still slowly
increase on the ohters:

Jean-Michelle, I don't think we go to increase in the one month ranking until a
month from the release, but probably we didn't decrease. I think we're going to
grow up a bit another week and after that we stay more or less stable for other
2 weeks, and that only after the month will go to decrease. :)
Of course it would be impressive to be better ranked than Debian for one day!
O_O
I think to continue to follow another bit this ranking, reporting tomorrow and
after changing the period: weekly.
I want to see DoudouLinux in a stable way on the top ten in 3 years!!! :D
uhmmm... O_o ... ok, I'm going to far :) but if DoudouLinux really become The
Linux distro for child we really could "compete" (ok, it's better collaborate
:) ) with the major distros.

Hello,
Interesting report :). I think our month ranking should continue to increase
during the 2-3 next weeks since it should not decrease until the release date
of 1.1 gets out of the computation period (one month). I saw that we're now in
the latest weekly news of DistroWatch, which should bring another peak to our
stats, we'll see tomorrow. It would be fascinating to be better ranked than
Debian for one day :).
In the meantime I computed the total number of downloads since 1.1 is out. As
of writing 4.9 TB have been downloaded in 6 days, which is about 7,000 CD's.
Our website saw around 15,000 visits during these 6 days, a bit less than what
the project saw during its first 6 months of existence :). I think our total
download number since the beginning is now close to 40,000 while the visitor
number is close to 130,000.
