Instead, the Distrowatch position continue to have a good trend, mainly and
slowly increasing on the longtime rankings:
Last 12 months Last 6 months Last 3 months
Last 1 month Last 7 days
26 november 120 91 77
113 >100
5 november 131 93 83
92 >100
30 october 130 93 81
33 >100
22 october 131 97 83
37 94
15 october 134 99 88
41 50
8 october 139 102 94
47 17
(26 november) (23 november) (26 november) (30
october) (7 october)
Best rankings 120 88 77
33 8
Now is 6 months and few days that we are in Distrowatch.
Probably in the last days we loosed few positions in the 6 months ranking due
to a small peek in the week of 23 may (when we was added in Distrowatch)
compared to the relatively small traffic of this days: indeed, this peek days
are now outside our 6 months ranking.
I'm waiting for we reach the 111 in the 12 months ranking, for we have a very
fun complete set of Best rankings! :D

Thank you for these amazing stats and? for the mirrors! They appeared to
be really necessary for our latest release, and will then be even more
necessary for the coming ones. Now we've reached kind of stable daily
download figures with 100-120 GB downloaded per day, while we were at
20-30 GB for Gondwana 1.0. Quite a large increase :).
Note that the balance between main site and mirrors is currently the
following:
ddl.org ? 1/8
ddl.be ? 4/8
zoyo.be ? 3/8
Not all the CD's are hosted on the mirrors, which means that the total
traffic on the main server is not 1/8 but higher. The reason of this
balance is that the main server doesn't support high network load as our
mirrors do. The total stats since Gondwana 1.1 are:
ddl.org ? 2.9 TB
ddl.be ? 13.5 TB
zoyo.be ? 6.5 TB
So nearly 23 TB, which is about 33,000 CD's and more than what had been
downloaded before Gondwana 1.1! :)
