Hello Sergey, No problem, we still have topics to discuss before we make a board-only meeting to take decisions (joining fees, difference between active/beneficiary members, first attempts to find funds, online donation tool, first salons in which we want to participate into, etc.).
Note that if you decide to be a representative of your university, which would be great, you'll need an official approval from your department or university, unless you already have the required rights to represent it. Anyway no need to hurry: we've said during the meeting that starting with 3 people in the board is enough and we'll accept more members when we'll have started to work together in the board. This does not prevent people to become active members :).
