Hello!

Just few words about next releases. As you know and/or have seen, the
next planned released have been delayed for several reasons. However I
still want to switch on Transifex in March from the stable release
Gondwana to the development version. This would let few months to
translators to update their work for the next stable release planned
around June (release name to be found!).

As translations on Gondwana cannot happen simultaneously on Transifex
with those of the development version, the process will be the
following:

1. Latest translation files update from Transifex to our SVN source code
repository, Gondwana branch
2. New build of each language, CD and USB images → Gondwana v1.2
3. Update of SVN translation files, dev branch, from Debian source
packages
4. Update of SVN translation files, dev branch, from Transifex to get
translations missing from upstream source code (but translated by our
team)
5. Update of Transifex → move to dev branch

I think I can start 1) and 2) during the 2 latest weeks of March. I can
start 3), 4) and 5) while CD/USB images are being built. So updating
Transifex to the dev branch for late March or early April seems
reasonable.

Concerning the development version 2012-02, I can release it during the
coming days in few languages (en, fr, ru). I've fixed several
translation issues due to the ARM migration. There won't be much visible
improvements excepted an augmented application set. Most of changes are
under the skin since DDL is now mostly installed by triggering the
installation of DDL packages only, no more tricks directly in the CD
filesystem.
