Hello there! I've finally found the time to publish the latest update of our stable version, Gondwana 1.2. While I still haven't built all the CD's, all the USB images are built and many CD's/USB images have already been uploaded to our dailybuild section:
http://download.doudoulinux.org/dailybuild/realtime.php I recall the changes of this update, software updates aside: * translations, of course * new languages Galician, Finnish and Norwegian Nynorsk * backport of the icon size adaptation to screen size, in advanced activities * backport of read-only mounting of internal disks partitions, to avoid children curiosity and… mistakes! Please give it a try! The official publication will happen within days. The remaining tasks are the following: 1. complete CD/USB images upload 2. prepare our download mirrors 3. prepare Torrents 4. update our website 5. write news Concerning the successor of Gondwana, as said in a previous mail, it won't be published before September. -- Cheers, JM.
