You can also propose him to translate our leaflet [1] into Italian so that they will be able to distribute information papers to visitors (next year likely, because the event is on this Saturday…). If they can't print them recto-verso in color, we can print and send leaflets too, but this won't be free of charge, of course. We can provide posters and printed DVD's as well, translating our poster into Italian is not that complicated. For Sergey: this reminds me that I started to make the Russian leaflet in September. Unfortunately, some sentences in Russian are too long and break the page layout. We need time to make it fit the page well.
