Yes, there is no link between news from different language sections. You have 
to create new news from scratch.

I hadn't the time to put your work officially online during the past weeks. 
Only few pages were already online in late June, before I left to holidays :). 
All the pages you've been writing since then are online since 2 days. Google 
should update his cache soon, be patient!

For your information, the publishing process, which is not detailed on our 
documentation yet, is the following:

1. authors publish articles under /spip
2. a nightly script generates a static version of articles under /test
3. a manual operation (by me) moves /test into /web, the official website

I'm still planning to replace the 3rd manual step by an automated one that 
would act only after some successful tests are passed.
