[Doudoulinux-lang] new member in translation team

The user ‘almehdi’ has asked to join the ‘Swedish’ translation team of 
the ‘DoudouLinux’ project.

I approved this user, with a proper welcome note, including the 
invitation to contact swedish team leader.
