You're right Redmine is down and I can't get it restart for an unknown reason… I'll look at this later. Note that there are 2 resources on Transifex marked with a red dot. This means they are obsolete and translations are blocked. On the other hand, there is also a priority indicator that can be orange or red (the right column in the list of resources).
