Hello! I've finally found a way to get TBO tutorials be translated online on Transifex: use ITStool, see ticket [1] on Redmine. I've check that I can automatically recompose French, Thai and Vietnamese tutorials from PO files with that [2], and it works well :). So now it is probably possible to translate any XML file on Transifex, SVG, Html, etc., which is good news (TBO files are XML files). There may need to correct layout or font sizes afterward though.
As a result I've created a new resource on Transifex [3] and translators just have to fill their translations. Cheers, JM.
