Hmm. Actually with deliver the mail_extra_groups doesn't work. So I
think you have two possibilities:
1. Set /var/mail sticky
2. Don't use dotlocks (but if you use other programs to access the
mboxes make sure they don't break)
Set dovecot user back to its own group.
