Sorry, while that was true I find I can create IMAP sub-folders
when I run KMail on the desktop holding the IMAP emails.
That's a very strange behavior. KMail should not need to know or care
where or how the IMAP server stores its mail. You probably should
document that behavior and report it as a KMail bug.
