Sounds like an Outlook bug. The only thing Dovecot could do wrong is to provide duplicate UIDL for the messages. You could verify this yourself by giving UIDL command and seeing if there are duplicates. But I highly doubt that, because you're using: > pop3_uidl_format = %08Xu%08Xv Which means your UIDL is based on message UID and UIDVALIDITY. Neither depend on message contents.
