I don't know if anyone has done it yet, but I guess qpopper somehow
generates the UIDL from headers. If it happens to be an MD5 sum of
headers, you set pop3_uidl_format=%m and change
src/lib-storage/index/mbox/mbox-md5.c to select the same headers as
qpopper.
